Online Registration

By clicking this link, you will be forwarded to, an online registration software. From there, you will be able to access or create a user profile and register your child(ren) for camp. Returning campers should be sure to check that all information is up-to-date.

Phone Registration

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person registrations are suspended until further notice. In order to compensate for that suspended service, you can now register over the phone with a member of our administrative team for the price of 10$. To register over the phone, you can request an appointment via Facebook. Please note that payment (Visa or Mastercard) is required to proceed to registration.

Payment & Reservation Method

There are no reservations of spots. Registrations will occur on a first-come, first-serve basis with payment.

For summer registrations, there are two options for the breakdown of your payment. You can pay in full when you register or in two installments if the total amount for the transaction exceeds $350. In that case, half of the amount is payable at registration and the other half is due by June 7th.

If the first payment is done online (via Amilia), the second installment is a pre-authorized payment that will be taken automatically from the same credit card on June 7th.

Starting June 7th, payment in full for entire sessions is be required. Post-dated checks will no longer be accepted after this date.

Payment for our March Break programs must be done in full upon registration.

We are very proud to be able to regularly offer discounts on our programs. Please note that only the most economical rebate for you can be applied to an invoice.


Waiting Lists

The program you wished to register your child to is fully booked? You can register for the program’s waiting list!

If a spot opens up for a program those registered to its waitlist will receive an email notification stating that they have the spot reserved for one hour. The priority order in which parents are notified is the same order they registered to the waitlist.

Receiving the notification email secures you the spot for one hour only. During this hour, you must complete the registration to that program. Otherwise, you will lose your priority and the next person on the list will be notified.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be addressed in writing. Simply fill out our  Refund Request form and send it duly signed by email or hand it out in person. Also, please know that we provide refunds for full weeks only. To be eligible for a refund, the Refund Request form must be received at least 7 days before the start of the activity/ies you wish to cancel. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after reception of the form, directly on your credit card or by check.
