Payment & Reservation Method

There are no reservations of spots. Registrations will occur on a first-come, first-serve basis with payment.

We are very proud to be able to regularly offer discounts on our programs. Please note that only the most economical rebate for you can be applied to an invoice.


Waiting Lists

The program you wished to register your child to is fully booked? You can register for the program’s waiting list!

If a spot opens up for a program those registered to its waitlist will receive an email notification stating that they have the spot reserved for one hour. The priority order in which parents are notified is the same order they registered to the waitlist.

Receiving the notification email secures you the spot for one hour only. During this hour, you must complete the registration to that program. Otherwise, you will lose your priority and the next person on the list will be notified.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be addressed in writing. Kindly fill out our Refund Request form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.   Please do so via email or in person. Also, please know that we provide refunds for full weeks only. To be eligible for a refund, the Refund Request form must be received at least 7 days before the start of the activity/ies you wish to cancel. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after reception of the form, directly on your credit card or by cheque. Please note that a 10% administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations unless a medical note is provided.

All programs are non-refundable after your child has attended the program in question.

Important Information

All programs can be cancelled prior to the start of the week (in which you registered for) due to low registration. Should there be space available in another program we will be able to switch your child into another program. This could change the price and we will be able to issue a refund if the price differs. Additional charges may be given if the price of the program is more expensive.

Registration must be paid in full before the start of camp on June 25th 2024. Should registration not be paid by the date mentioned your registration will be cancelled and you will lose your spot (no exceptions).

Prices for ALL PROGRAMS will increase by $5 every month after April 30th 2024.

PLEASE NOTE that should your child have special needs a form MUST be filled out prior to the start of the camp and after evaluation of the form and a potential meeting is whether or not we will be able to register your child. Failure to inform the camp of any information pertinent to the safety of your child can result in cancellation of your child’s registration to Supercamp.

If already have a shadow for your child please ensure that it is mentioned in your form as a police background check must be done.
