Online Registration

ATTN: Due to the COVID-19 financial and public health crisis, all 2020 programs have been cancelled.

By clicking this link, you will be forwarded to, an online registration software. From there, you will be able to access or create a user profile and register your child(ren) for camp. Returning campers should be sure to check that all information is up-to-date.

You will be able to register to all programs, our Extended Supervision Hours Activities as well our to our Lunch service!

In-person Registration

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person registrations are suspended until further notice. For people that prefer to register in person, you may do so in our office located on the first floor of the Sports Complex of Vanier College, room G127. We now accept payments via credit and debit in the office.

Payment & Reservation Method

Reservations of spots will occur on a first-come, first-serve basis with payment.

For summer registrations, there are two options for the breakdown of your payment. You can pay in full  when you register or in two installments, if the total amount for the transaction exceeds $350. In that case, half of the amount is payable at registration and the other half is due by June 9th.

If the first payment is done online (via Amilia), the second installment is a pre-authorized payment that will be taken automatically from the same credit card on June 9th.

Starting June 9th, payment in full for entire sessions is be required. Post-dated checks will no longer be accepted after this date.


Payment for our March Break programs must be done in full upon registration.


We are very proud to be able to regularly offer discounts on our programs. Please note that only the most economical rebate for you can be applied to an invoice.

Waiting Lists

The program you wished to register your child to is fully booked? You can register to the program’s waiting list! However, just like registration, the waiting lists work on a first-come, first-serve basis with payment. Meaning that an automatic email is sent to all people registered to that waiting lists at once was soon as a spot opens up. There is no priority order to the waiting lists. Therefore, you must register to the program in order to secure a registration for your child. Hence, receiving the new availability email notification does not secure you a registration.

Refund Policy

Due to the COVID-19 financial and public health crisis, all 2020 programs have been cancelled and current registrations will be refunded in full.

All refund requests must be addressed in writing. Simply fill out our March break Refund Request form or  Summer Refund Request and send it duly signed by email or hand it out in person. Also, please know that we provide refunds for full weeks only. To be eligible for a refund, the Refund Request form must be received at least 10 days before the start of the activity/ies you wish to cancel. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after reception of the form, by check only. A 10 percent administrative fee applies to all cancellations. Please contact by email with any particular or medical motivations for a cancellation.
